If you ever need to cancel your account or request a refund, we want to make that process as straightforward and transparent as possible. By signing up for a membership, product, or service with us, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Overview
Memberships
Monthly Plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. We’re unable to provide refunds for renewals that are not cancelled in time.
Recurring Payments: All memberships (monthly, bi-annual, annual) renew automatically. If you cancel mid-cycle, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Digital Products & Webinars
Due to the nature of digital content, all downloadable products and ONLINE COURSES are non-refundable.
How to Cancel
To cancel your membership:
Log into your House of Oakes account through a desktop.
Navigate to Account Settings in the top-right menu.
Under Billing & Subscriptions, select your active plan.
Click Cancel Membership and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Please ensure you receive a confirmation email that your membership has been canceled. Refunds cannot be provided for payments processed due to incomplete cancellations.

Coaching & Mentorship
Missed Coaching Calls
Coaching calls must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed calls without notice may incur a $50 USD cancellation fee, which must be paid before rescheduling. As our coaching spots are limited, no-show sessions cannot be reimbursed.
Coaching Package Cancellations
Cancellations for coaching packages are subject to a $99 USD cancellation/admin fee.
Coaching calls within packages must be used within 6 months of purchase, and we do not offer refunds on unused sessions after this period.
