Welcome to House of Oakes! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our coaching services, membership platform, and educational resources for co-parents and mothers (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor dependent, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

SECTION 2 – ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

  • Exploit or resell our Services without written permission.

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account and access to Services.

SECTION 3 – ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.

  • Promptly update your information as needed, including email and payment information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any account or membership at our discretion.

SECTION 4 – MEMBERSHIP AND SERVICES

Our Services include access to:

  • Online coaching sessions.

  • Educational content for co-parents and mothers.

  • Membership community features, including resources or groups.

All membership fees, coaching services, and educational content are subject to change, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

SECTION 5 – BILLING AND PAYMENTS

By purchasing a membership or coaching package, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account on time. All payments are processed securely via our payment provider.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Memberships may be canceled at any time through your Squarespace account. Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our [Refund Policy].

SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

Our Services may include links to third-party tools or websites. We do not control or endorse these third-party resources and are not responsible for their content or practices.

SECTION 7 – USER CONTENT AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

If you submit comments, ideas, or feedback (“User Content”), you grant us a royalty-free license to use, reproduce, or share your submissions.

You agree not to post content that is:

  • Abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.

  • Infringing on intellectual property rights.

  • Harmful, obscene, or malicious.

  • You agree not to post, transmit, or share any content that is defamatory, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise harmful to the reputation of any individual or entity.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Oakes, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

SECTION 12 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your membership at any time through your Squarespace account.

All obligations incurred prior to termination survive cancellation.

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved under the applicable jurisdiction’s laws.

SECTION 14 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
